-The tutu skirt (7 to 8” long) is hand cut and features lots of full layers of soft pink tulle along with an elasticized waist and matching waistband bow.
- TUTU SIZING:If you're not sure about my sizes, please include your girl's waist size for a custom fit before/after you put in an order .
