Shipping Policies
SHIPPING ADDRESS
- I always ship to the address on your order unless you indicate otherwise. If incorrect addresses are given and the post office is unable to deliver your package I will reship the item once it's returned to me. Reshipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. I do not offer refunds on items returned due to insufficient addresses. Please make sure your address is correct upon checkout.
SHIPPING DATE
- Your estimated ship date can be found on your receipt. Depending upon the volume of orders received on any given day, it may take an extra day or two longer to ship. Please know that every effort will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible.
- It is the customers responsibility to read each listing before purchasing or asking questions regarding shipping time
SHIPPING METHOD
- I ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail, which include tracking. Delivery is typically 2-5 days once your order has shipped. You can find your estimated ship date and your tracking number by viewing your purchase in your account. Depending upon the volume of orders received on any given day, it may take an extra day or two longer to ship.
- Express Mail is available upon request for an additional fee. Please message me BEFORE purchasing.
POSTAL DELAYS
- I CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY THE POSTAL OFFICE , NOR ACCOUNTABLE FOR STOLEN , LOST , DAMAGED, MISPLACED ITEMS . Refunds can not be given if such occurs.
