Returns and Exchanges
- All my custom made clothing and personalized items are FINAL sale unless an error is made by me . I MUST be notified within 5 DAYS of receiving your package, and must receive the items back within 10 days after that , or else the sale is FINAL.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.I do not refund or replace items that are damaged due to your improper care, normal wear and tear .
- Returned item must be UNWORN /UNUSED . If an item is found to be worn or used and returned, a refund will not be given and the item will be sent back to you. A 15% restocking fee applies .
To start a return, you can contact us at support@kidsfunlandllc.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping cost. No refund will be issued until item gets back to my workshop .
-All headbands are FINAL sale and are exchangeable for size ONLY.
- I am only able to offer a cancellation / refund if the item has not been made or shipped.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
