~matching tutu skirt is 100% hand made with layers of VERY SOFT sparkly chiffon tulle and elastic waistband with matching bow and pearl at waist . Standard 12M tutu is about 7-8in long , 16in waist ,but , i'm able to adjust these measurements if you can provide your measurements .
