The tutu skirt (7 to 8” long) is made to order and features layer upon layer of hand-cut very soft pretty pink with an elasticized waist and matching waistband bow. If you'd like to change colors or add more colors, please convo, an extra charge may apply. My tutus are handmade in Oregon- USA.
