This is the beauty of handmade wood products as it is totally unique with its own characteristics.
These are not toys! Due to the fragile nature of the item, please HANDLE WITH SPECIAL CARE and keep away from children. We will not replace any cutouts that have been mishandled and breakage occurs more than 24 hours after delivery. We can not accept returns, as it is a customized product unless the error was made on our end.
