The tutu fabric is made with ribbon, so you can easily adjust the tutu waist by simply spreading out the fabric strips to make it bigger, or pushing the strips closer together, some fraying is to be expected. Washing instructions:
Tutus: gently pull at the tulle strands or comb your fingers through the tutu. Spot clean with cold water only and hang to dry ------- do not machine wash.
